Login In Items and Finder windows

We have a few Mac Pro's and a couple of servers at the office.
We have them setup so when the computer turns on it connects to the servers at login.
But even though we have the Hide box checked, the Finder windows for the servers still pop up and clutter the desktop.

What is the best way to have the computers auto-connect to the servers at login with out the Finder windows popping up?
