Login Items: Hide Checkbox

Hello

I am using OSX 10.6.7

I have added three servers to my login items, and I have checked the "hidden" checkbox, which according to the built-in help should prevent the finder windows from opening at startup.

However, the windows for all 3 servers still open up when I reboot.

Have I misunderstood what the "Hidden" option does?

Thanks for any input.
