I found this with only a few seconds effort:

Found using google search terms:
login logout site:developer.apple.com
This performs a site-specific search of developer.apple.com for keywords login and logout.
That link is also the second result in a google search for Login logout hook for MAC, which is simply the title of your thread.

Thanks for reply. I have already explored this page which you mentioned.
I have also go through NSWorkspace framework which handle some events like user switching and Mac sleep and wake events. I just want to know that is there any framework available for login/logout events.
The link you mentioned is using scripts.
