Login password still greyed out!

I have turned FileVault off, I'm not using my iCloud password to login, yet I still cannot disable automatic login. Any ideas why?
I've tried changing my password too just incase but still no good.

Sys Prefs > Users & Groups > click the padlock (if necessary) > click Login Options and set Automatic login to OFF.
