Anyone get logitech control center to work? I have a Anywhere MX mouse that I would like to pair with my Air.

just right click and go into package contents/resources then install the logitech control center.mpkg works fine

For anyone still experiencing issues with the mouse movement like I was (using Performance MX), remove these two files from Mavericks System\Library :

AppleHIDMouseAgent.plugin

AppleHIDMouse.kext

AppleBluetoothHIDMouse.plugin

AppleHIDMouse.plugin

IOBluetoothHIDDriverMouse.plugin

They're in three separate folders.

Now everything is perfect!

After the updated drivers, you guys can bring those files back where they belong.

My trackman works but can't get one of the extra buttons to work. Maybe when this is released officially, Logitech will fix that. I got used to being able to go back a screen with the push of a button on my mouse.

I installed 3.7 but my revolution mx mouse and my dinovo keyboard don't work at all. Works for 5 secs then it doesn't respond anymore or has like a delayed response

LCC 3.7 Works, but all MBP Inputs Hang When Switching Apps

EDIT: Disregard my previous post. I figured out what was causing 10.9 GM to hang when switching applications with Logitech devices using LCC 3.7.

After installing Mavericks Developer Preview 1 on my mid-2009 MBP, I continued updating through DP8 and then installed the GM. I decided to do a clean install after that, wiped my partition and started fresh.

It seems that OS X Migration Assistant transferred the custom button presets I configured in LCC 3.7 for my Performance MX mouse (on 10.8+) to my fresh install of Mavericks GM (despite not transferring the application itself). Somehow (no real surprise here), this data became corrupt upon installing LCC 3.7 in 10.9 GM. For whatever reason, uninstalling using the LCC Uninstaller didn't remove the corrupt data.

FWIW: If you have a similar issue, you can try deleting your existing Logitech presets and then uninstall/reinstall LCC 3.7. If that doesn't get rid of them (as was the case with me, YMMV), navigate to "/users/YOURUSERNAME/library/preferences/com.Logitech.Control Center.Assignments.registry", change the filename to a .backup (or just copy it somewhere else just in case), and delete it. That file contains all presets for your Logitech devices configured in LCC.

I discovered this by pure accident, as I wanted to clear everything out and start fresh, but thought it best to backup my settings first. I would say you might be able to copy this file between machines, as long as they are running LCC 3.7 (Logitech says the registry values change with updates), but transferring those settings (albeit unintentionally) is what got me here in the first place.

Sorry for the confusion, but hopefully my days of passive diagnosis will save someone trouble.

LCC 3.7 still freezes up occasionally when I have app-specific presets configured. When I have no app presents (i.e. just one global preset), everything works just fine. Is anyone not having any problems with button configs per-app in OS 10.9?

I noticed the same behavior. As soon as I delete the app-specific settings—I only used it for Safari—the freezes seem to be gone. And vice versa.

I was able to download at work a copy of LCC 3.8, deleted everything and install the 3.8 version and when I switch apps I get a freeze fro a minute org so. No changes here.

Mouse Still Dragging

Hi All,
This problem is driving me CRAZY. Logitech had no answers, but blamed it on OSX9. I updated the Logitech Control Center to the latest version, but no dice. I was able to find and remove the first two files mentioned here, but could not locate the other three:

AppleBluetoothHIDMouse.plugin

AppleHIDMouse.plugin

IOBluetoothHIDDriverMouse.plugin

Could this be my problem? Spotlight couldn't find these (hidden files enabled; it found the other two) ... any advice? This is really killing my productivity. Thanks!
