iPad Logitech FabricSkin for Ipad

Does anyone have this case? If you do I am wondering if the magnets on the front of the screen keep the case closed if you hold the case upside down? I just picked one up and the magnets do see to turn the ipad on and off but they dont seem to do much to keep the lid closed when the case is shut. Wondering if that is the design of the case or if mine is defective. I note that the magnets to hold the ipad in the typing position are very strong. Thanks.

Don't have it. Wanted to buy it but heard it makes the iPad really thick.
