Logitech Headset and Mavericks (won't enable)

Hi guys,

Ive been having this issue with my logitech usb 250 headset and my mac air 13" running mavericks beta 6. The mic is plugged directly into my air no hub and still refuses to enable.

Its been giving me this message

ever since the first beta.

Logitech probably has the worst customer service I have ever seen so far.

Well, Logitech isn't required to help you run it on a beta OS. Have you tried another USB port? might have to wait for Logitech to update it's drivers (if there are any?)

I have tried a different port there are only two on a Mac air
