Logitech M570 Trackerball misbehaving

Hi guys,

If anyone is using a Logitech M570 Trackball with Yosemite, are you having issues since installing Yosemite?

These are just a few of the annoying issues I'm experiencing;

Double Click speed - click once, and it double clicks
Click anywhere near the top of a finder window, and the whole window expands to full width.
System Prefs - the scroll direction tick box resets at every login

I've downloaded the latest drivers etc from Logitech, but no difference.

Anyone have a suggestion how to overcome these issues (using generic drivers ? How to do that? Removing the manufacturers drivers etc etc?)

Any help appreciated as this is driving me nuts!
