Hi all,

Im looking for a wireless mouse for my Macbook Pro. Im not a big fan of the might mouse, so that is out. I can pick up a MX Revolution for $39.99 at best buy, and I would like to hear some input for owners on the forum before I buy. Any pros and cons.

Also what other mice do you recommend in the $50 range?

Thanks a lot

The Apple Mighty Mouse is to the MX Revolution as Han Solo is to Lando Calrissian. Who would you rather have making sweet, sexy ergonomic love to you hand? Answer: Lando Calrissian.

Hmm.

I'm not gay but I'm starting to think my right hand is.

Even if the proprietary RF from Logitech is better than Bluetooth for resposiveness, I preferred to get the V470 Bluetooth notebook mouse to avoid the dongle for a portable, as I'm not planning to game with it.

I thought it was going to be too small because of the "for Notebooks" designation, but it's not. It's pretty normal.

Does Logitech not make Bluetooth mice any more? My Logitech MX 900 from 2006 used to work just OK with my original mini, but since upgrading to one of the new minis with NVIDIA graphics the MX provides excellent response. I assume Apple changed the Bluetooth radio in the new mini to one more compatible with the MX. I only use the Logitech base to recharge the mouse, so no USB port is used.

i have one i use on my htpc and mac, its nice but occasionally it will stutter when moving, not often but can be annoying at times. for 40 bucks its well worth it.

I'm not trying to highjack this thread, but my question runs along a similar vein.

If someone purchases any of these mice that have a USB receiver, and then purchases a Logitech keyboard, can the same receiver be used?

I will be looking for a mouse and keyboard for my MBP and am considering bluetooth vs. RF same as others here.
