My Logitech MX1000 has just died on me. This mouse is great but it appears that it isn't charging anymore. I suppose i will get the old multi-meter out and see if there is a decent voltage accross the charging pins, if so its a new mouse, bugger!
 
just think though, if its dead you can get the MX Revolution, its successor.

seriously though, this is the one thing i don't like about the MX series: not being able to change the battery out myself.

I think it is the power supply. I have scopped the recharging connectors and nothing, so I should be able to get a new mains adaptor for about £5, not too bad!
