Logitech MX400 won't Track

I'm having some trouble with one of my mouses. It's a wired Logitech MX400 Laser mouse. It is recognized by the computer, and all clicks register, but it will not track when I move it. In fact, it will not track at all. Everything else seems to be fine except for this problem. Any tips?
