Logitech StreamCam won't be recognized

With the new Mac mini my external Logitech StreamCam won't be recognized. Logitech Capture is not compatible with new macOS Big Sur. Any idea what to do? I really need my 170 USD webcam to work...
 
Were you able to connect the streamcam in the meantime or is it still without a function? I ordered a M1 mini but also have a streamcam and I really don’t want to lose the streamcam in my setup
 
Its dead. I received this from Logitech support. "Please know our team is aware of the issue and working on it. Unfortunately we do not have any update as of yet. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any further questions."

I have to use my macbook air for video meetings.
 
I also wrote the support and got that they are working on an update for BigSur but I’m not sure if that will help with the M1 problem.
Kind of a bummer, cause the Streamcam is heavily Mac-focused with the usb c cable. I hope this webcam does not turn into pure trash.
 
Its a big sur problem. Once i updated the macbook air to Big Sur, it would no longer recognize the streamcam. So i wouldnt worry about the new M1 chip.
 
That’s strange because my Streamcam works with Big Sur on my MacBook Pro 13 2017.
 
Thats really weird. What version of Big Sur do you run? I wonder if my Streamcam is defective then?
 
same as me. I did install a beta on Big Sur first and after that my Streamcam never started again. I did however had expection it would work with the new mac mini.
 
The german Logitech support just confirmed that after the official Big Sur update there will be support for the Streamcam on every M1 device!
 
My Mac mini arrived and the Streamcam works flawlessly with the M1. Only the Logitech Capture software won’t start. So in the end i was worrying for nothing.
 
Ok thats it! I will return my defective streamcam. I have another C922 and it works perfectly. Thanks m8

I talked with apple support myself, so no reddit post. I am using C920 myself right now and it works flawless. Logitech will replace my Streamcam since its completely dead.

Running a Brio on an m1 MacBook Pro - the camera works fine, so does the camera settings app, but logo capture crashes.
