On The Nickel, over there....
Will the Logitech Z-2300 speakers work with a late 2007 24" iMac running Snow Leopard? These:

Thanks for any help!

Yes. Most speakers just use a 1/8" audio jack which is compatible with anything that you can plug headphones into. I occasionally plug my speakers (also Logitech) into my iPod to listen to music while my computer is off.

Thank you, BlueRevolution!

I'm getting a Hewlett Packard gift card soon and saw that HP carries these speakers.
I went to both the HP and Logitech sites and could not find any information on the connectors these speakers use.
Good to know these will work before I order them.

Compatibility:
PC or Mac
CD player
Digital (MP3) music player
DVD player
PlayStation®, PlayStation®2, PLAYSTATION®3 (with provided game console adapter)
Xbox®, Xbox 360™ (with provided game console adapter)

That it mentions CD/MP3 players is a sure sign that it uses a 1/8" headphone cable.
