Logitech Z-5500 to 27-inch iMac

Hey guys,

Just wondering how do I set up the Logitech Z-5500 speakers to my 27-inch iMac to fully utilise the 5.1 speakers.
Do I need any special cables or adapters?

Z5500 has optical so plug that into your iMacs optical in. Should work fine.

For my Z5300 I just plug the front cable into my headphone jack and I get full 5.1 sound. No one seems to believe me until they actually see for themselves.
