LogMeIn Ignition and Windows 7

Whenever I try to login from the iPad from windows, it says "Login Failed" "Please check login credentials." Signing in remotely to a Mac based computer is fine but im having problems with windows. Has anyone been able to get it to work on Windows 7? Are there any tips to making it work? I've looked around and some says to type the ComputerName/UserName in the Username section, but that didnt work.

Works fine for me. After the logmein username/password, I just enter the username/password that I normally use to log in to my computer. (I don't enter ComputerName/UserName)

Have you tried looking at what the LogMeIn software on your Windows machine says while you're trying to log in remotely?

I have it working on my iPad and Windows 7 64 bit. Couldn't be happier!

Do you have a login (Username/Pwd) set up for your Win 7 Profile? You need it set up with a login for Logmein to work.
