Normal OS X window
Mainly:
1. A window that will show on the Dock when it is opened on the desktop.
2. A window that will use OS X full screen rather than the LogMeIn full screen.
There may be some other advantages that I can't think of at the moment. I have used LogMeIn for sometime, it works better for me than does Back To My Mac, but I certainly like the Back To My Mac window better.
