I have a MP in my workroom at my father's basement where I work about one day a week. I need to access MP and NASes from away and my father has also a mac (w/ EyeTV) and a NAS. Then there is some mandatory adsl-modem, router, STB w/ DLNA etc.
So "Wake for network access" needs to be on in my MP and I have noticed that it is usually on when I access it.
So something is waking it up all the time.
And over the years this will cost in electricity about same as mac mini...

Is there somewhere hidden a log where I could easily monitor w/ Console MP's waking and sleeping?
Or is there easy way to create this kind of log?

I know in log leech that you can read the kernel events like wake and sleep.

It also gives a reason for the wake including wol and usb wake events.

Accessing the correct kernel log from the console, I don't know. But this might be a push in the right direction.
