I recently bought this webcam based on thread suggestions for a good webcam,
I got one off a friend, but it is just the camera only, no software, how do I get this working?
I went to Logtechs website/support, & it seems there is mostly software for just windows, and at the bottom of the page, for mac os 10.6.
I Googled Logtech c615 on mac os, & read about users having problems with it in Lion.
I also found a link to some opensource software for this webcam with Lion, but read about it crashing. I have had bad experiences with open source software on my mac, & don't want that.
Should I try to get this camera going? or sell it on ebay & look for something that will be compatible & ready to go out of the box?
I need it for a language class coming up 1-13-2013, so I need something that will work for sure, & that is compatible & reliable. Time is running tight for me, & I need something soon, I dont have time to tinker to get something to work.
