After no luck in the local AT&T stores and best buys, I decided to call a some Radioshacks.
The first one said they are no longer taking preorders, I called another store.
A lady picked up and I asked about preoders, she asked me for my name and number and said she put me on a list and said she'd call when they're available.
edit: Called another two people were ahead of me, placed a preorder for a WHITE 32gb, they said they'd give me a call. Even if I can't get a white I'll get a black one.
