Well I apparently made a drunk choice and bought an iPhone 12 despite my xr that I’m typing on working just fine (and had repaired on Tuesday lmfao). Literally woke up, noticed a second iPhone with the same wall paper, checked my checking and realized I made yet another drunken choice 😂

honestly and truly, the xr is still a amazing phone and should get the next couple of updates at Least BUT I do applaud Apple for making a phone with the same screen size yet far more compact and I’m already noticing the differences between the two both from its performance and it’s screen quality.

So drink a bunch of whiskey like I did and buy an iPhone 12 haha

but seriously someone take my cards from me while I’m drunk 😂 at Least I bought it unlocked haha

The lighter and smaller design of the 12 while keeping 6.1 inches is great honestly. Once I got my 12 I realised how inefficient the design of my 11 was (and how huge the bezels are). And whilst I thought the LCD display of the xr/11 was fine I do prefer oled. Anyhow enjoy!

Well unless I get drunk again which will happen I’m about to keep this phone at least until 2023 😂 as a woman who wears form fitting dresses and jeans, this design is amazing. Love my xr form factor and design but I can actually put this in my back pocket comfortably.

I’m just more surprised drunk me didn’t get the green because I have been saying I wanted green lol. Thing is a finger print magnet tho

Lol I was drunk not stupid haha. Besides I appreciate the max versions for the community they service but in 2021, the iPhone 12 literally does everything the pro max can minus the camera. I did entertain the idea of returning it but eh I’ll take the $800 hit and just wait for the iPhone 14 as this is really a good phone.

Count me tickled to death! I so badly needed to read your post today. Please know that I'm laughing WITH you and not AT you.

I did similar after attending a boozy company function. I had the DD (Dedicated Driver) take me to the Apple Store where I proceeded to purchase a completely unnecessary 2016 MacBook Pro with it's awful butterfly keys to replace a perfectly good 2014 model!

Luckily, I didn't unbox it. I returned it 2 days later and got AirPods and an iPod Nano instead.
