go to settings, general, accessibility, white on black turn that on, lol its inverts EVERYTHING you do on the phone, all your vids, pics, webpages, everything, its crazy lol.

Yep, it's been there for a while. It helps visually impaired people see stuff on the phone better. The inversion of colors increases contrast, I believe, which allows them to discern objects on the screen better.
