Long Distance Time Capsule

I am going to set up Time Capsule for our house and since my daughter is home from college, I thought that I would have her use it for her Mac Pro back-up.

Can she use it over the internet when she is back at school for auto-backups?

Possible, but not easy. iCloud, Dropbox would be easier !
If really TC then you would need some good internet connection plus quite some config knowledge. You would need a fixed IP Adress or something like dyndns.com; port forwarding and maybe a VPN connection for security.
Ever done that ?

Another backup option would be Mozy, Crashplan or some online service.
