Long list of LaunchAgents in System/Library

Been trying to clean up parents MacBook Pro and have noticed lots of these after running etrecheck. They are all com.apple... Can these be deleted/cleaned/refreshed somehow. Are they all needed and being used?

I wouldn't touch the Apple ones, they are most likely needed to launch certain critical system services. If you see one from an app that is no longer installed, you can remove those.
