Long press (or 3D touch) control centre?

Is there anyway I can install something to enable me to be able to long press (or 3D touch) on control centre, bluetooth for example, and be brought into bluetooth settings?

Is there anything that can be installed to enable this? Jail or non-Jailbroken?

Nothing with stock iOS, but likely there's a tweak of some sort for jailbroken iOS--you might want to try the jailbreak section to see what might be recommended there.
