look for program that can read metadata from MKV

is there a program which can do this?

what would be nice is a finder plugin which will show metadata of the mkv. most essential what i needs to have is : resolution and available sub titles.
Or another file browser program or just a program which will scan all the mkv.

Plex is too much (dont need all the pictures, authors etc)
