"Look Up" - change language?

I'm reading things in four different languages on a daily basis, and I really like the "Look Up" feature, so naturally I'd like to mix these two things... Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to change the language or add additional ones.

Does anyone know how to change or add more languages to the Look Up feature without changing the language of the whole OS?
