I'm Probably getting a iPhone this week maybe next week and I'm curious whats the percentage of chance that I will be getting the new Bootrom? or having 3.1.3 on the phones yet?

If it's a 3GS, quite sure it will be 3.1.3 with new bootrom.

If in US, could check Best Buy or Walmart for older unit.

yeah I'm thinking we have a Small ATT store down the road from me I may give it a shot but the new Radio Shack deal is very tempting too I could hold off on jailbreaking till the current dev team has is released.
