i5, 32 GB RAM (2x16), 1 TB HDD, Apple keyboard + Mouse.

Local sale about 10 miles away.

I mainly want it for the monitor and will just run office stuff on it. Geekbench 5 is about 3K so it should be fine for that. I am creating a bootable High Sierra SSD to check it out while there and may upgrade the HDD to an SSD and will look into upgrading it to the i7 as well.

I still use a 2012 Mac mini. Apps/software haven't advanced nearly as fast as tech has. There's plenty of older tech that is quite serviceable for basic computing needs. Good luck getting a 5k screen for $200 so as long as you know the limitations of the device, it's probably a pretty good deal.

I buy and sell iMacs as I need them. My last go was a 2014 iMac i7, 4 GB video and 16 GB RAM for $500, used it for a year and sold it for $400 last year. I am going to run my production on my Studio on 3 4k monitors and the iMac for office stuff, and videoconference.

I bought it this evening. Late 2015, 3.2 Ghz, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, wireless rechargeable Apple keyboard, Mouse, original box. I'm going to set it up tonight just to test that it's all set for use as there are a couple of things that sometimes aren't completely free to use that can happen. That's why I always buy or sell in person - so that I can fix anything that's a problem. Not everyone knows how to prepare a Mac for sale.

It took me a few hours to get Monterey running on it. I made a High Sierra external SSD but it would get into a boot loop trying to upgrade it to Monterey so I just created a bootable Monterey on another SSD. This worked and I loaded all my software and am running my office stuff on the iMac and my production stuff on the Mac Studio.

I really missed iMac speakers over my little Ankers and the microphone is really nice. I haven't tested the video camera but I'm sure it will be fine. Of course it has a great screen. So I'm running Firefox, Numbers, Reminders, Notes, Mail, Calendar and all is good.

The newer Apple rechargeable wireless keyboard is a lot nicer than the Bluetooth keyboard I got with my 2009. It is thinner and a lot lighter and I'm going to hang it off the iMac. I usually use a mechanical wired but this keyboard is good enough when I need to log in.

I like it the way it is but I may look at upgrading to an i7 and putting in an internal SSD or a Thunderbolt SSD. Or I may buy a 2017 or 2019 in a year if I find a great deal and then try to sell this for what I paid for it.
