Looking at buying this MBP

Do you have experience with taking the entire thing apart and have the equipment and parts to fix it and are willing to spend 200 USD for that?

I have some experience replacing components on PC's. If it is a dedicated graphics card, can it be that hard to replace?

Well, its soldered on the board, so yes, it is rather hard

Problem is its part of the main logic board as far as I know which is non repairable.

Considering he says that moving the screen makes the "pink flash" go away, it makes me thing it's a display ribbon cable, not a graphics card. Not necessarily an easy fix, but cheaper than a full logic board replacement.
