Looking for 2 tweaks:

You don't need a tweak for the second thing. To dismiss banner notifications just drag the banner down a tiny bit and then flick it upwards and it's gone....easier to do that than to tap an X to get rid of it.

I know I can pull it down. I want someone to put an x there because I don't like pulling it down.

Why does it matter to you why I want to do it?

I want a delete/close button, and I know it exists but I can't find what it's called.
 
I know it's not what your looking for but just wanted to let you know if you didn't already. If you slide your finger to the right across any notification it will dismiss it without having to pull down notification center. It's not an x but does the same thing. You can make ISX put X's on text messages but not sure about all other notifications.
 
Obviously i'm not going to get the answers I need so this thread is closed. Let it die.

No, you're getting answers you need. They're simply responses you don't like.
You don't expect us to substitute our judgement for yours, do you?

Having done a bunch of googling for you and checking around on various forums- digging deep for answers that are difficult to locate, I've come to the conclusion the best option for you is Ipsum or Lorem.

See, here's the thing that I hate about Macrumors. It's reading comprehension is horrible. (Although I have no idea if you've seen my OP so that wasn't directed at you)

I SPECIFICALLY said, "I cannot use Lorem because it conflicts with ISX rss reader." One would THINK that would make people NOT suggest Lorem, no? And Ipsum doesn't do ANYTHING related to my post - it removes stuff from the lock screen, NOT the notification center (like I also stated pretty obviously).

So I'm SORRY that I get annoyed when people post things that don't matter to the conversation.

Luckily, I've managed to answer both of my questions after asking a few people in a jailbreak chatroom.

ISX has an option to dismiss single notifications (which I was unaware of) and NCQuickDismiss puts the x I wanted on my banner notifications.

What do you expect, the reading comprehension of Americans is comparable to the reading level of an 8th grader
