Hi,

I'm wondering if there is such a thing or if this is even feasible. I have a LCD tv in the living room and would like to use it as a monitor while leaving my Mac in the office. I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and it would be awesome if I could use it in the living room on the 37 inch LCD.

Can you string DVI cables together with an adapter?

Thanks.

I have no idea about the cable, but are you sure the bluetooth mouse and keyboard would work from a distance of 30+ feet? I don't know much about it but I thought bluetooth was short-range only. Good luck!

Best Buy sells a 5 meter DVI Monster cable for $150 US. My guess is that is the limit at which you will get a clean picture from your source to your monitor. Five meters is a fairly long distance within a home. Move your monitor 15 feet closer to your Mac and be happy.
