Looking for a 3G Case that's dock-friendly

I know about the Incase Slider and the Griffin Dockeasy, but there are a couple problems with them.

Griffin reviewers report that the case actually scratches the back of the phone. No thanks.

Incase Slider looks nice but it seems to be hard plastic, and I'm looking for something that has some grip.

Any suggestions?
