Need a basic iPad for a short hospital stay in December. Will just be used to access Netflix, TV stations my husband uses, and various news sites, Facebook, etc. Plus email, text messaging.
Wont use it anything more than that.
Would want one that can do the above for the next several years.
He still had an early edition one from about 15 years ago that did much of that until a couple of years ago. Now he can access 1-2 news sites and maybe his tv channels on it. But its obviously too old and slow and hasn't updated in several years.
Since it wont be used a lot due to our other computers, iphones, etc, I dont want to lay out a lot of money. Would prefer it to cost as least as possible.
Can anyone suggest a model or models that will fit the above criteria?
