Looking for a broken apple laptop

I have a son that is one year old. He LOVES my macbook and is constantly trying to hit keys when I'm on it and be like dad. I'd like to get him a laptop of his own (trust me, I'm not as dumb as I sound right now). He just likes to hit keys and so on. I thought it would be nice to start him out on an apple of his own. Does anyone have a broken apple laptop that you might be interested in selling for an extremely reasonable price or donating to help me turn my infant son into a devoted mac user?

check ebay for some old beater Apple laptop, or do what I did which was give your son a keyboard and pretend it is connected to the computer. He will never know and love typing on a keyboard. (I did this same thing with a PS2 controller (not plugged in) while I played a little Madden football.

I did the same with my younger brother. They don't know the difference.

Get a really old mac such as emac for like $50 or $100 on local craigslist?
