Looking for a calorie counting app that takes full advantage of Apple Health

For a while now I've been searching for the best way to track my total calories burned daily (TDEE) as well as the calories I consume each day. Through trial and error I've found that, by wearing my Apple Watch pretty much every waking moment, the Apple Health app gives the closest estimate via its active energy and resting energy categories. What I'm trying to find now is a calorie counting app similar to Lose It or MyFitnessPal that will take advantage of those two categories when calculating how many calories I should eat each day. From my understanding, both of the apps I mentioned above solely use number of steps taken a day to calculate calories which I can't believe is as accurate as using the active and resting energy categories. Anyone have any idea if such an app exists?
