Looking for a Carrying Bag....

Maybe you guys have some good suggestions for me. Looking for a lap top back that has a messenger bag style along with ability to be used as a back pack that ergonomic for the back. Here the kicker I travel often for work. When I travel I take my white MB with me. Unfortunately I have to take my work's dell laptop. The MB is 13.3" and dell is 12". Is there a good bag out there than can hold both of these with plenty of storage room for cables, papers, pends, iPod, iPhone etc..? I feel like im treating my Macbook so poorly by making it have to share space with a dell, but thats the corporate world right now. Any Suggestions? Thanks ahead of time for your help.

It is interchangeable to bag or backpack. I carry two laptops also. A 15" MBP, which has its own little store with a zipper and my 15" Dell. A lot of storage for my GPS, ethernet, and power supplies. Also I put some papers in it.
