The elago S5 Slim Fit 2 Case and the Caze Zero 5 are two good minimalistic cases.
As far as screen protector goes, the best of the best is the SPG GLAS.t but it's expensive. If you want a good quality screen protector SPG also make some like the Olephopic. Power support has a good Anti-glare one if you prefer that. And lastly MediaDevil make good screen protectors also.
