I'm looking for something like Photo Vandal but better. Basically an app that will let me take any photo and add funny clip art to it like hats, cigars, sunglasses, etc. I have searched and I have no idea what to put in the search.
I've tried: clip art, superimpose, overlay, stamp.

This one just doesn't flow well for my liking. Looking for something a bit higher quality.
