Looking for a contact manager type of app...

Hi, I'm looking for an app that seems to combine functionality available in many others, and am hoping there's one that can do it all. What I'd like is:

1. Able to track the birthdays and anniversaries of my friends and family
2. Also track gift ideas for them, and gifts received from them
3. Also track personal info (favorite colors, favorites foods, etc.)
4. And record history info (a diary mode to record calls with them, activities done with them, etc.)

Is there such a thing, or something that comes close??
