Looking for a Desktop Utility (dimming the background)

I am looking for a utility that I trashed last week ... now I need it.

It darkened the background of everything but the application you are using ... it was not Doodim.

It's icon was a silver dialogue balloon ... like you would use in a cartoon.

Would there be any way for me to find it on the computer? I would know the name if I saw it.

I found it on Apples site ... it's called Think 1.0.
