I sell three things online:

- Web Hosting
- Web Design
- iPhone Apps

I'm registered as self-employed (though I am employed too, this is just done in my spare time). At the moment I'm tracking my finances (incomings, outgoings, and calculating tax) using an excel spreadsheet. It's getting untidy though, and it can't generate invoices for me.

Ideally, I'd like to:

- Keep a list of clients.
- Track web hosting income (including date, PayPal transaction references, description).
- Track web design income (including date, PayPal transaction references, description).
- Track web hosting/design outgoings (including source (PayPal or Bank), description, reference)
- Generate invoices for hosting/design (for payments not through PayPal).
- Track iPhone Developer expenses/income.
- Calculate how much tax I owe.

Basically, I want enough info to be able to complete my Tax return each year. I want to have a single app to keep it all. Does such a thing exist?

If anyone has any suggestions, it'd be greatly appreciated :)

We use a combination of Quickbooks and MS Access(though this is just a backup of all customer info...) at my office. we have 6 or 7 employees, and maybe 10,000-25,000 clients.

Ideally I'd like a native OS X app rather than some online service. I've been looking at Billings 3 but I'm not sure if it really meets my requirements, I'm a little confused by it. Does anyone have any experience with it? Or is anyone willing to share any other ideas?

Thanks again for the suggestions, I just tried Billable but it doesn't seem to support recurring invoices. Anyone have any other suggestions?

you will thank me later. :p
I use it for my web hosting company, as well as other little invoicing things like you talk about. It's not free, but it's worth every penny.
