Looking for a folder action for PDFs and NValt ...

Hi!

I am looking for a way to somewhat easily take a PDF file and
a) perform OCR on it
b) put it into NValt (along with whatever tags it has)
c) and be able to do this as a batch ...

Any ideas?!
