Looking for a FREE animation application [Simular to Flash CS4] that can Bone-Tool

Hi,

I am looking for an application simular to adobe flash CS4 that can bone - tool i want the app to be for free.

If anyone knows of anything like that,

It is not free but Anime Studio Debut is only $49,99, and is well worth the money, an excellent (and underrated) animation application, in my opinion. It is excellent for 2D animation, (it uses bone tools, it may even have more bone tool options than Flash, not sure on that- you can ask in the forums about that. Link below). I use the Pro version which is more expensive (does some 3D and and physics amongst other things), so you can upgrade eventually if you think its worth it.
