I use the "new worlds" music , from the galaxy map in mass effect , bought the soundtrack for it , it's a superb "subtle" alarm tone that's completely unjarring

I use the standard ring tones pre loaded in the phone, nothing special. The reason why I said yours were horrible is because the title of the thread says a good tone for the morning.

I use Awaken.app and their "beep" sound which is loud and crisp. Great for getting up in the morning and waking up the neighbors too.

I found the Clocks HD (for iPad) has the best wake up tone. Very pleasant and can be set to ramp up in volume.

Check your private messages. I sent you a link to download all my ringtones. I have a lot that are great for morning alarms.

Anyone else who wants them, DM me. I just don't want live link on the internet hitting my cloud space constantly, but I'll DM it to anyone who asks.

Alarmed app has a volume ramp-up feature .... "Ivory Tune" is my favorite for not jolting you out of sleep.

Sleep Cycle app waits to wake you when you're not in deep sleep and has a number of "gentle" tunes that wake you.
