Looking for a good iPad 2 Case/Sleeve

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a good sleeve case for the iPad 2 w/ a smart cover on... Something like a laptop bag but not as big and heavy...

Money is not an object and the sleeve has to be black.. no PINK, gray, green or any other colors.
