Looking for a good video converter.

I was wondering what video converters does anyone here use? I want to convert flash to mpeg4 etc?

Hand break.
If that doesn't work I try flv crunch.
If that doesn't work there is kigo video converter.
If that doesn't work there is something called penguin.
And if all of those fail, VLC has a record option (there is a button in Windows, on the mac for some reason the button isn't there but it can be accessed via a keyboard shortcut) so you can play the file and VLC will rerecord it.

I also have a few more converter programs, but I can't remember them right now.

I use leawo video converter for that. It's available on Mac App. Store and there is a huge price drop (from $34.99 to $1.99), so I suggest that software.
