Looking for a good video playlist app that works with iOS 14

Sorry if this isn't the best sub to post this on. I used to use MVP Video Playlist by ByteApps. It worked great for allowing me to create a playlist made up of videos stored locally on the phone (vs streaming). If I turned the screen off, I'd still hear the audio of the video and I could set it so the playlist repeated if I wanted to. The app hasn't been updated in ages and no longer works on iOS 14. Does anyone know of another app that does this? Essentially I want the ability to make a playlist of videos stored locally on the phone, and one that will continue to play the audio of the video if the screen is turned off.
