looking for a google earth/address book intergrator

i was thinking about this today while i was going through my address book. is there an app that integrates the addresses in your address book and plants them into your places in google earth, with your pictures showing when you go to their house or work? that way, you can get directions from each other's houses, etc.

on a side note, is there an add on that makes google earth operate like a road atlas program?
