I just got the ergo Microsoft keyboard at work and I am loving it. The built in padded palm rest and palm riser make it super comfortable. Does anyone know of a keyboard like this with Mac buttons?

Here is the Amazon link to the one I bought.

Another option is the Matias Ergo Pro. Not quite the same as it's a true split but it does tenting and has a Mac option along with nice padded palm rests.

I like ergonomic keyboards too, but never really have found any designed specifically for the Mac. Seems like they are always a hybrid for Windows and Mac.

This is the one I’m currently using now. It’s designed for Windows, but it has been working great for me. I like that the num pad is separate, because I rarely use that side. The play/pause, mute, & volume buttons work fine. A couple other buttons control the screen brightness on my MBP even though they’re not labeled that. Supposedly you can use Karabiner-Elements to get the other function keys working the way you want.
