Looking for a kneeling chair

Hey everybody. I'm looking for a place in the US where I can get a kneeling chair. I'd prefer a place with delivery, or at least in the Chicago area if they don't deliver. And I'm looking to spend under $100.

Any ideas?

An ergonomic type chair. Supposed to be good for those with bad backs.

My back is better than my knees, so no way would you find me on one of those.
Unfortunately (for the OP anyway ) the only experience I have with those is due to the Simpsons.

had one of these for years until my knee-caps started to hurt and my doctor told me to get rid of it. If you have back problems, get a ball to sit on instead.

Yeah, I have a ball, but I also have a terrible sense of balance, and fall off of it all the time.
